Handle database status updates more reliably by listening for `ServiceChecked` and using explicit `refresh()` handlers in Livewire database components. Also switch guarded clone/create paths to `forceFill`/`forceCreate` in helper flows to avoid missing persisted attributes during app/service cloning.
