Andras Bacsai 7ae76ebc79 test(factories): add missing model factories for app test suite ... Enable `HasFactory` on `Environment`, `Project`, `ScheduledTask`, and `StandaloneDocker`, and add dedicated factories for related models to stabilize feature/unit tests.
